will need a winning attitude and a determined spirit. Setting your sights high
is another key to becoming a successful real estate investor. Be confident!
Know what you want and go after it! There are lots of investors out there but

life! Be willing to try something different! Every time you drive past an empty
house in your neighborhood, tell yourself that you can own it instead of
