The dramatic clubhouse — the largest in an active-adult community in the state — features a grand ballroom, a theater with stadium seating, a billiards room, a fully equipped fitness center Coach Sunglasses, an indoor swimming pool, a two-story great room, a card room, a computer center and meeting rooms. A second resort-style pool is located outdoors, adjacent to a sun deck, boccie courts and tennis courts.
Earlier this year, Lennar, in conjunction with NFC Amenity Management, launched a full-service spa within the clubhouse. On a par with some of the area’s most exclusive facilities Dolce & Gabbana Sunglasses, the spa provides residents with direct access to treatments and resources including massage rooms, a hair salon, a manicure/pedicure room and a welcoming lobby.
